Trial questions
Do I really get the website for 30 days before paying?
Yes. We build your website first and you use it for 30 days with a $0 upfront website purchase fee. You only buy it if you decide to keep it. Advanced third-party services or unusually complex functionality may have separate costs, and we'll tell you before anything is added.
What happens if I don't like it?
That's completely fine. You can decline at the end of the trial, subject to the agreed trial terms, and you won't make a website purchase payment. When a trial is declined or cancelled, the trial website is taken offline and deactivated, and you no longer have access to it. The design, code and hosted site remain ours unless purchased. Your own logo, photos and content always remain yours, and we'll return them on request. See the Website Trial Terms.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Can I buy the website instead of paying monthly?
Yes. Our one-time website packages let you buy your website outright, with no monthly plan required. You can add managed services later, or never. See website packages.
Can you customize the website for my business?
Yes. Every website is designed around your business: your services or menu, your photos and brand colors, your customers and the action you want them to take, whether that's ordering, booking, calling or requesting a quote.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes, where technically appropriate. If you already own a domain, we'll connect it when you keep the website. If you need a new one, we can help you register it (domain costs may be separate).
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Share your current website URL in the free demo form and we'll review it and create a proposed premium version.
