Data Processing Addendum
Terms for processing Customer Data on behalf of our business customers.

Roles
Our customer is the controller (business) of its end-customer data; Buildzaro acts as processor (service provider).
Processing instructions
We process Customer Data only to provide the services and as instructed by the customer.
Sub-processors
[List sub-processors: hosting, database, email, SMS, payments, AI providers, analytics. Provide notice of changes.]
Security measures
[Describe technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, logging, backups, tenant isolation.]
Data subject requests
We'll assist customers in responding to access, deletion and correction requests.
Breach notification

Deletion & return
On termination, we delete or return Customer Data per the Cancellation Policy.
