Your content
You keep ownership of your content, logos and data. You grant us a license to use them to provide the services. You confirm you have rights to anything you upload.
Website ownership
For one-time website purchases, upon full payment you own the final design files and content created specifically for you, excluding our underlying platform, frameworks, templates and third-party assets, which are licensed. [Confirm with counsel.]
Payments
Fees are due as stated at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may apply.
No guarantees
We don't guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, reviews, revenue or other results.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws, including marketing and messaging laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Third-party services
Integrations (Google, Meta, Stripe, Twilio, POS providers) are governed by their own terms. Availability may change.
