Visitors decide by reviews
Someone staying near the beach or sailing out of Port Everglades doesn't know the local names. They open Google Maps, look at the star rating, the number of reviews and how recent they are, and skim the owner's replies. Businesses on Las Olas, in Flagler Village or near the Galleria are often a short walk from a competitor with a similar rating, so small differences matter.
Ask before they leave town
Visitors are easiest to ask while they're still here. We set up quick ways to do it: a QR code at checkout, a short link on the receipt, or a same-day text or email to customers who opted in. Locals get the same simple ask. Everyone gets asked, not just the people who seemed happy.
Replying when reviews pile up
Busy restaurants, bars, salons and tour businesses can get several reviews a week, sometimes in different languages. We monitor new reviews and draft replies for you to approve, so every reviewer gets a real response. Negative reviews get a calm reply that doesn't share customer details and offers a way to follow up offline.
Rules we follow
- No buying or writing reviews
- No discounts, freebies or contests in exchange for reviews
- No review gating (only asking happy customers)
- No posting reviews on behalf of customers or staff
- Reviews that break the rules are reported through Google. We can't remove reviews ourselves
